Volunteer!

We, the Bunch 'O Potters, are a small, mildly insane group who put this thing together every year. 19 years now. And we need help. Please contact us if you are interested in helping us out.

Every year we need help in the planning of the event, but we also need help with the fundraiser and on the day of the event. For the fundraising event, we always need people to come early and help us prep the food. At the Clayfest event itself, we desperately need people to come early to help us set-up and run the registration desk and retail sales. We also need runners who can help with score keeping, judging and general running around. Probably most importantly, we need help after the games to clean up … this one is a paying gig! Help us clean up and take away as much leftover clay as you can carry!
